'Japanese Sushi Cake'!

Hi guys,

If you didn't know, apart from cosplaying, drawing and pyrography I love cooking and baking too. I'm going to start upload some of my creations. ^^

This is a sushi cake, filled and topped with salmon, prawns, tuna, ikura, tamago and cucumber. The rice is layered with different ingredients mixed into each layer. It's not for the faint hearted, but if you like sushi, it's delicious!
